Paras Healthcare, one of the leading healthcare providers of India that provides specialized tertiary medical care services, has appointed Dr. Shashank Teotia as Head of Human Resources.
Dr Teotia has over 17 years of experience. In his new role, Dr Teotia will lead the HR vertical of the company and will work on Organisation Transformation and Culture Building.
Prior to his role, Teotia was CHRO at LEAD School for nearly one year. Teotia has experience in working with multiple organisations like Cafe Coffee Day, Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable, Ibibo Web, Max Life Insurance, First Move Academy, Women on Wings, Limeroad.com, leading their people matters.
His longest stint was with Mother Dairy for more than six years. He was HR Head – Milk & Products division, for over five years, where his responsibility included aligning & supporting the business growth plan of the Milk & Products division by imbibing the desired organisational culture, hiring the right people in time, establishing robust HR processes, driving employee engagement, among others.
After that, he was later made responsible for partnering with different businesses of Mother Dairy in driving organisational effectiveness through planned change, as an integral part of management, thereby aligning the organisational structure, system and culture for achieving the business objectives.
Dr. Teotia holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from Faculty of Management Studies – University of Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
