PNB Housing Finance Limited announced the appointment of Kaushal Mithani, who is currently Head Treasury, as interim Chief Financial Officer of the bank, with effect from April 8, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, has approved the designation of Mr. Kaushal Mithani as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective April 08, 2022.”
Kaushal Mithani is having an experience of more than 22 years in Treasury, Finance and Accounts. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant of 1998 batch and has done Masters of Commerce.
