PNC Infratech, an Indian infrastructure construction, development and management company, announced the appointment of Bhupinder Kumar Sawhney as Chief Financial Officer, effective from Feb 03, 2021. Sawhney succeeds Chakresh Kumar Jain.
Sawhney has about 39 years of professional experience with an established track record in significantly growing enterprise value in infrastructure and construction fields which includes Financial and Strategic Planning, Business expansion, Capital Raising, Accounting and financial operations, Stressed Assets Restructuring and Risk profile of New projects.
Sawhney also has extensive knowledge of budgets, cash flows, business valuation & compliances among others. He had also worked with Apco Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd as Financial Consultant, Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt. Ltd. As Executive director Finance, continental Devices India limited as Manager Finance. He was also empanelled as Infrastructure Consultant with ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Power Finance Consulting Company Limited.
Sawhney holds a doctorate degree from Magadh University and also holds Master degree in Business Administration in Finance from University Business School of Punjab University, Chandigarh.
