According to the exchange filing, “The Board of directors at their meeting held on August 26, 2021, have appointed Ms. Zeal Shah as the Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect, i.e., with effect from August 26, 2021.”
Zeal Shah is a Law graduate and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Shah has a work experience of 4 years in the field of Corporate & Securities Laws. Presently, she is the Compliance Officer of the Company under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the statement said.
She holds a LLB degree from Shri Vile Parle Kelvani Mandals Pravin Gandhi College, and Master of Laws in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Mumbai University.
