According to the company’s exchange filing, “We wish to inform that meeting of the Board of Directors held today i.e.17th September, 2021 interalia has considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Rozie Shushanta Mukharjee as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company under Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and under Regulation 6 Of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with the effect from 17th September, 2021.”
Rozie Shushanta Mukharjee is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a LLB (General) and Master’s degree in Commerce.
