Pharma company Sanofi India Limited has appointed Radhika Shah as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective November 01, 2021.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26th October 2021, approved appointment of Ms. Radhika Shah as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from 1st November 2021. Pursuant to Regulation 6 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ms. Radhika Shah will also be the Compliance Officer with effect from 1st November 2021 in place of Mr. Vaibhav Karandikar.”
Radhika Shah has over 18 years of rich experience in Legal and Corporate Secretarial fields. She has worked for more than 16 years with Asian Paints Limited, India’s leading Paints & Décor Company. At Asian Paints, Shah has spearheaded the Corporate Secretarial and Compliance functions including handling Corporate Governance matters. She was also responsible for Anti-trust compliance & litigation and was actively involved in Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to Asian Paints Limited, she worked briefly with the Reliance group.
Shah is a member and gold-medalist of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a degree in Law and Commerce from University of Mumbai.
