Randstad, a multinational HR consulting firm, announced the appointment of Manish Verma as Global Chief Talent and Leadership Development Officer, according to ET report.
“Goodbye Cargill! For the past 11.8 years, you have been my reason to dream big and be better. I am grateful to everyone who helped me in my journey at Cargill with excitement as it has been,” Verma wrote in a LinkedIn post.
Verma added, “I am excited to share that I start my new journey with Randstad as the Chief Talent & Leadership Development Officer, leading Global Talent CoE. The opportunity to be a part of a team that values talent excellence, innovation, and making a positive impact on the world, and to contribute to their continued success was something I simply couldn’t pass up.”
Verma comes with over 27 years of HR experience spanning across Food & Beverages, Telecommunication, IT Services, IT Consulting and Manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Randstad, Verma was working as Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management at Cargill.
Verma has also served as Global Lead – Talent Management at Nokia; Head – HR and Vice President – India & APAC Management Consulting at Accenture; Head – HR for UK & Europe at Tech Mahindra; and Corporate HR Lead at VIP Industries.
Verma has done Post Graduation in Organisational Psychology from the University of London, and holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
