Electric Utilities company RattanIndia Power Limited announced the appointment of Manish Ratnakar Chitnis as Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from April 4, 2024. He succeeds Ankur Mitra, who has resigned from the role of CFO of the company.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. April 09, 2024, (which commenced at 04:30 P.M. and concluded at 05:35 P.M.), appointed Mr. Manish Ratnakar Chitnis as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company from the same date.”
Manish Chitnis is a Chartered Accountant having vide experience three decades in heading the fund-raising initiative for Power Sector, Credit rating, Risk Budgeting, MIS functions and Strategy planning activities. Prior to joining RattanIndia Group he was associated with some well-known groups including L&T, Capital First Market, Fullerton India Credit Company Limited, Community Finance Private Limited and India Power.
