Religare Enterprises Ltd (REL) has appointed Hamid Ahmed, CEO of Hamdard Laboratories India (Foods Division) and Vijay Shankar Madan, former Director General of UIDAI (Aadhaar), as its Independent Directors, according to IANS report.
In a statement, Religare Enterprises said that with the induction of two eminent and experienced professionals as independent board members, the Religare Enterprises Board now has five Independent Directors among its seven members.
