Rohit Ambosta has joined Sharekhan as Chief Information Officer. Most recently, Ambosta served as CIO and Assistant Director at Angel Broking, where he successfully executed several IT projects and has mapped down the digitization journey of the broking firm.
Founded in 2000, Sharekhan has been a subsidiary of BNP Paribas since November 2016. It has over 4000 employees and is present in 584 cities through 153 branches, more than 3040 business partners.
In this new role, Ambosta will focus on digital transformation, new-age technologies, and various technology-driven initiatives.
Ambosta has a cumulative experience of over 20 years in IT and Digital transformation. Ambosta is well versed in areas of business & technology alignment, software development, UI/UX, Digital Customer experience, and more. He has worked with global companies such as Financial Technologies Pvt Ltd, Tech Mahindra, and HCL.
