Nova, a provider of metrology solutions for advanced process control used in semiconductor manufacturing, announced the appointment of Sarit Sagiv to its Board of Directors effective immediately.
Sagiv is a seasoned executive, who served for four years as General Manager of the Global Business division at Amdocs, leading the teams for Alliances, Channels and Partnerships. Prior to this role, Sagiv served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nice Ltd., with responsibility for the finance, legal, operations and IT areas, as well as the Chief Financial Officer of Retalix Ltd., playing a key role in the transaction with NCR.
