Real estate developer Embassy Services Private Limited (ESPL) has appointed Shareen Bhatia as Country Head – Business Solutions.
In her new role at ESPL, Bhatia will head the Business Solutions vertical with a major focus on building ESPL’s non-captive portfolio, which currently comprises 45 per cent of the business. She will also spearhead the firm’s footprint across newer geographies and verticals of Real Estate, according to a statement.
Bhatia has three decades of experience in sales, 19 years of which has been in the Corporate Real Estate Sector with some of the leading International Property Consultants (IPCs) and Multinational Facility Management Companies.
Prior to joining ESPL, Bhatia has been in leadership roles overseeing business development, client relationship, sales, marketing, and brand building at organisations that she has represented throughout her career, as per the statement.
