Shecommerz, a last-mile distribution company for banks, multinationals and retail giants, has appointed Ashwini Kumar as its Chief Human Resource Officer, according to ETHRWorld report.
“We are delighted to welcome onboard our Chief Human Resource Officer, Mr Ashwini Kumar,” Shecommerz said in a LinkedIn post.
Kumar comes with over 16 years of experience spanning across Financial Services, Electric Power Generation, Construction, Business Consulting and Services.
Prior to joining Shecommerz, Kumar was working as Chief People Officer at IIFL Samasta Finance.
Previously, he worked at Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services, Reliance Power, Gammon India, Simplex Infrastructures and Tata Business Excellence Group.
Kumar holds an MBA in HR from NICMAR University.
