Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited announced the appointment of Sheetal Nagda as an Additional Director of the company, effective December 14, 2021.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “On the basis of recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mrs. Sheetal Nagda (DIN: 07179541) is appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive / Independent Director) of the Company with effect from December 14, 2021.”
Sheetal Nagda has an experience of almost 17 years in the field of Education. She holds a degree of Masters of Science in Biochemistry and also holds a degree of B.Ed in Science from Mumbai University. She is certified Global Career Counsellor from University of California.
Cunently she occupies the position of Biology HOD & Facilitator in Fazlani L’Acaddmie Globale. She started her career as a High School Biology Facilitator in Jamnabai Narsee School, Mumbai. However, her areas of service and experience extend far beyond her professional qualifications. She is dedicated to serve society by being an active member of the education committee for an NGO ‘Su-Mati group’. Her honorary services also include conducting an awareness seminar for MULUND KVO on Interdisciplinary Education and imparting career guidance seminars for students. She happens to be an active voice for the teaching community. She is responsible for conducting Science fair and SDG themed Exhibitions to inspire young learners to be future innovators and has guided more than 5,000 students to achieve excellence in their academic goals, according to the statement.
Nagda is a dynamic & result-oriented professional highly confident, enthusiastic, hardworking, and erudite academician. She held the position of Director in various companies and currently, serving as an independent director in Generic Engineering Construction and Projects Limited, the statement said.
