Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited, a Hyderabad-based micro finance company, has announced the appointment of Prashant Rai as Chief People Officer, according to ETHRWorld report.
Rai comes with almost two decades of experience in human resources, training & development, talent management and corporate sustainability. He has been instrumental in driving organisation and cultural transformation and implementing HR technologies and driving leadership development through his career, according to a statement.
Prior to joining Spandana, Rai was responsible for driving organisational change and culture and as a strategic partner to business in driving people agenda at Arohan Financial Services. Over the years, he has worked in various capacities in organisations like Videocon International, Wacker Chemicals, Srei Infrastructure Finance and Voltas.
