Spark Minda, one of the leading manufacturers of automotive components for the OEMs, has appointed Kapil Madaan as Chief Information Security Officer. Madaan will directly report to Ashok Jade, Group Chief Information & Technology Officer, Spark Minda.
Prior to this role, Madaan served as a cybersecurity leader at Max Healthcare. Prior to that, he has also worked with Aptara Inc as Sr. Manager InfoSec and worked for Banking, Telecom industry.
Madaan has more than 12 years of work experience in managing cybersecurity operations, audit and accreditation, and IT & InfoSec, data privacy, strategic planning & management, IT security.
Madaan holds a Masters PGDIT from SCDL (Symbiosis, Pune) and Management Certification from IIM Bangalore.
