According to the company’s exchange filing, “we hereby inform that Mr. Neelesh Bothra has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from January 20, 2024, due to his personal reasons as mentioned in the resignation letter enclosed herewith as Annexure – A. The Company places on record its appreciation for the contribution made by him during his tenure with the Company.”
