Starlog Enterprises Limited announced the appointment of Kunal Lahariya as Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective February 8, 2022. He succeeds Amita Chawan, who has resigned from the role of CFO, with effect from February 8, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 08th February, 2022 has taken note and approved the appointment of Mr. Kunal Lahariya as Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company based upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.”
Kunal Lahariya has an overall experience of around 9 (Nine) years. He has in the past, worked with Companies as the Finance Manager, the statement said.
