Former Larsen & Toubro Head of Talent Development, Suman Rudra, has now joined edtech major BYJU’S as Vice President – Human Resources.
At L&T, Rudra was responsible for Talent Development, Learning and OD (Organisation Development) functions of Heavy Civil Division.
Rudra has worked across sectors in various HR roles. His longest stint of eight years was with NCR Corporation, most recently as Global HR Director for Smart Services Tech, Software Support and Analytics, DCS and Managed Services Operations. He also had a stint with global companies such as IBM India, HCL Technologies, NTPC and Daewoo Motors.
Rudra holds a BE degree in Mechanical from BMS College of Engineering and Masters in HR & OD from Delhi School of Economics.
