Synechron, a digital transformation, consulting and technology company, announced the appointment of Christin Spigai as its Chief Human Resources Officer, according to ETHRWorld report.
Prior to this, Spigai was Executive Vice President of Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services at Broadridge. Before that she was Director of HR at BDO Seidman. She has also served as Director of HR Services at ADP.
In her new role at Synechron, Spigai will oversee the company’s global people strategy, strengthen its culture, and enhance employee experience. She will build strategies to attract and retain top talent, improve retention, modernise total rewards programmes, and drive diversity, equity and inclusion efforts across the company, according to a statement.
Spigai holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Synechron has a global workforce of over 14,000 people, and has 40 offices in 17 countries.
