Tata 1mg appoints Ina Bajwa as CHRO

Tata 1mg, a digital consumer healthcare platform, has appointed Ina Bajwa as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), according to ETHRWorld report.

“I am thrilled to share that I have joined Tata 1mg as Chief Human Resources Officer. Together with the incredible leadership team and all colleagues of Tata 1mg, I look forward to elevating our performance-driven culture on the back of Tata Group’s values of leading with trust,” shared Bajwa in a LinkedIn post.

Bajwa added, “My goal will be to build a compelling Employee Value Proposition and embed an integrated people agenda to accelerate growth as per business strategy. Co-founders Prashant Tandon and Gaurav Agarwal have built an excellent winning team as they pioneered a new business category, and I am excited to be part of this fast-growing organisation at this very important point in its evolution to become an industry benchmark.”

Prior to joining Tata 1mg, Bajwa was associated with Tata Communications as Vice President – Human Resources. Previously, she worked at organisations like Degreed, The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), HSBC and Essar. She has more than 20 years of HR experience.

Bajwa holds a PGDM in Human Resources from K J Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai. She graduated with Economics, English Literature and Functional English from MCM DAV College, Chandigarh.
