Dutch fintech startup TerraPay appointed Curt Grasfeld as Vice President of Payment Services.
In this new role, Curt will be responsible for managing and expanding TerraPay’s payment services business to its current and new partners, the company said in its statement.
With over 15 years of experience in various industries and sectors, Curt has become a highly experienced professional. His career began in the hospitality business, where he was responsible for the e-commerce business (online distribution of hotel properties through direct and indirect channels). He then moved to Booking.com, taking responsibility for strategizing and establishing contractual and business relationships with the world’s largest hotel chains. After a successful career in the hospitality industry, Curt moved into the payments industry and worked first at AirPlus, then at American Express and GlobalCollect (now Wordline), where he was responsible for managing high-profile clients in the EMEA travel portfolio.
