House Of FMCG Brands, Group IDAM, has appointed Timsy Kohli as its new Group Chief Human Resource Officer.
In her new role, Timsy Kohli would be responsible for leading organisational level initiatives on culture, performance, people and HR digitisation. She comes with almost two decades of cross-functional experience in Human Resources across various industries and exudes People-first culture approach.
Commenting on the development, Saahil Nayar, Co-Founder & COO of IDAM House Of Brands, said, “Timsy will build key people strategies to scale growth with a strong focus on building a culture of high performance and innovation. She will also focus on strengthening employer brand strategy to attract talent.”
Most recently, Timsy served The Moms Co (The Good Glam Group) as a Associate Vice President – People & Culture. Timsy also counts companies like People Strong, Pioneer Urban Infrastructure Limited, Encore Capital Group and R1RCM as part of her bludgeoning portfolio.
