According to the company’s exchange filing, “we are delighted to inform that on recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e., on Thursday 23rd February,2023 has appointed Mr. Amrit Suthar (Membership No A60854) , as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.”
“Mr. Amrit Suthar (Membership No A60854) has been appointed as Company Secretary, Compliance officer & KMP of the Company with immediate effect in place of Mr. Lalitmohan Sharma (Membership No. ACS 20005), who resigned from the said post w.e.f. 30th December,2022,” the statement said.
Amrit Suthar has all rounded educational qualifications in Bachelor of Commerce, Company Secretary (Membership No A60854), with 6 years of corporate experience of handling all statutory compliances pertaining to BSE, NSE, SEBI, Company Law and other regulatories.
