Vikas Dua has joined IPG DXTRA as Head – HR. IPG DXTRA is a wholly-owned unit of The Interpublic Group of Companies, the world’s leading marketing communications company.
Most recently, Dua was Vice President – HR at Aegis Global for one year and was leading strategy and operations for talent acquisition for 26 centres pan-India.
Prior to that, Dua served Concentrix as Senior Group Leader – Human Resources. In his role, Dua was responsible for multi-domain ITES hiring for the North zone, driving annual recruitment of over 11,000 resources across six sites.
Dua’s longest stint of almost eight years was with Wipro’s Digital Operations and Platforms. In his last role at Wipro, he was AVP – Talent Acquisition (Head – Global Media Telecom & Technical Support Services verticals). He was heading the hiring for two of the largest business verticals for Wipro BPS – Global Media & Telecom and Technical Helpdesk.
Dua has also worked with Infinity Knowledge Systems as Head – Business Development. He is a member of the Board of Advisors at HuddleUp, Advisor – Steering Committee for BRICS Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Chief HR Mentor at Attayn. He holds an MBA from IBS.
Dua has also authored the book, ‘HR in my Heart’, that combines prose and poetry to present lessons in leadership. He is a TEDx speaker, and a Vlogger and Blogger on HR practices.
