According to the Bank’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), this is to inform that one of the Senior Management Personnel of Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited (“the Bank”), Mr. Vishal Singh, has vide letter dated February 16, 2024, tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Information Officer of the Bank on account of personal reasons with effect from the close of business hours on March 15, 2024.”
