According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to the above captioned subject and, we are delighted to inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 01, 2021 approved the appointment of Mr Deepak Vyas (ICSI Membership Number-ACS 46096 ), w.e.f November 01, 2021 as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the Listing Regulations.”
Deepak Vyas is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a qualified Company Secretary, and a Law Graduate. He has 8 years of post- qualification experience of working with 4 Listed Companies. He has experience in managing Secretarial functions & Compliance matters ensuring that the company complies and operates in accordance with statutory and legal provisions, the statement said.
