Yes Securities, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yes Bank, has appointed Pankaj Adhav as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, according to ETHRWorld report.

Prior to joining Yes Securities, Adhav was associated with HDFC Ergo General Insurance as the Head of Human Resources Operations. Previously, he worked at organisations like 5paisa, Kunvarji Group, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Anand Rathi Shares & Stock Brokers, Religare Enterprises and Sharekhan.
Adhav holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisation Development and Change Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
