FMCG firm Zydus Wellness Limited announced the appointment of Nandish P. Joshi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, with effect from July 29, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. July 29, 2022, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Nandish P. Joshi as the Company Secretary of the Company (Membership No. A39036) designated as the Key Managerial Personnel pursuant to the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Compliance Officer under Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “Listing Regulations”).”
Nandish P. Joshi is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate. He has over 7 years of experience in dealing with Secretarial Compliances of Listed and Unlisted Companies.
