Zydus Wellness has appointed Shantanu Das as Senior Vice President – Human Resources. Das joined Zydus Wellness on May 8, and will be based in Ahmedabad. He will report to the CEO, Tarun Arora, according to ETHRWorld report.
“My role will involve the end-to-end of the HR responsibilities of Zydus Wellness,” Das told ETHRWorld.
Das comes with over 25 years of HR experience spanning across Manufacturing, FMCG and Food & Beverages sectors. Prior to joining Zydus Wellness, Das was working as Chief Human Resources Officer at Amway India Enterprises. Before that he served as Vice President – Human Resources at Emami. He has also worked at Heinz India, SABMiller and PepsiCo India. He started his career in 1996 as Executive – HR at Philips India.
Das holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PGDPM & IR) from XLRI Jamshedpur.
