Former Bharti Airtel’s CHRO for India, South Asia, Gautam Anand, has joined Positive Moves Consulting. Positive moves is one of the leading executive search firm and has a global presence.
Gautam Anand worked with Bharti Airtel for more than 10 years across various HR roles. He was elevated to the CHRO India, South Asia role about a year back, and resigned some time in Sept 2019. His separation from Bharti Airtel, was kind of sudden and with immediate effect. Specific reasons for his exits are not known, however “personal reasons” had been cited in the media. Prior to his CHRO role he was the Heading HR for India & South Asia, Airtel Digital TV business.
Prior to Airtel, Gautam spent over a decade in the United States in cross functional & cross industry roles within the Financial services and FMCG sectors, with leading brands like Citibank, Heinz and PwC. Gautam is a graduate from SRCC, Delhi and has earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, USA.
