Bestfly announced that it has completed the acquisition of Austrian company MS Aviation as part of its European expansion strategy.
MS Aviation is an Austria-based aviation asset management company that offers end-to-end support solutions for various types of aircraft. As part of its acquisition by Bestfly, MS Aviation will transfer its offices to Graz , Austria.

Relying on the new members of our Board of Directors, we are implementing this expansion strategy in several phases. The acquisition of MS Aviation is an essential part of this growth strategy, said Nuno Pereira, Chairman and CEO of Bestfly. MS Aviation gives us an additional foothold in Europe , from where we will expand existing business jet management services, add an additional link to our current European VIP charter business , and establish a broader structure. of ACMI solutions for commercial aircraft.”

Bestfly was established in 2009 as an Angolan ground handling services company and has since grown to become a global aviation group operating in several new markets and in several business segments.
