Shreeji Translogistics Ltd acquires 51% stake in TKD Digitrans

Shreeji Translogistics Ltd. (STL), an India-based surface logistics and parcel delivery service provider, announced the incorporation of TKD Digitrans Tech Private Limited on September 16, 2022.

“STL is happy to announce the incorporation of TKD Digitrans Tech Private Limited (TKD Digitrans) as its 51% subsidiary. One of the primary agenda of TKD Digitrans is to acquire identified assets and liabilities of TKD Communications LLP, which has an app named TKDost on Google Play Store to build a bridge between Transporters, Truck Owners and Agents and helps in arranging loads/ vehicles from anywhere in India. This app presently serves over 7,000 active users and has over 80,000 number of load post,” according to the statement.

Commenting on the announcement, the Management team of Shreeji Translogistics Limited, said “We are proud to announce the incorporation of TKD Digitrans Tech Private Limited with a 51% stake to capitalize on significant opportunities that lie ahead of us in the logistics space.
