Unispace, a global workplace construction, design and strategy company, announced the acquisition of Downstream, a global experiential design company.
Blitzer, Clancy & Company advised Unispace in the acquisition of Downstream and the terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Downstream employees will join the global Unispace team, adding expertise in branding and technical space design. Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, with global offices in Amsterdam and Melbourne, the acquisition of Downstream will also expand Unispace’s physical presence. Currently, the firm operates in 48 locations in 26 countries, the statement said.
