Cuemath, a math learning program for KG to 10th grade students, has raised $5.5 million in its extended Series B funding round led by Manta Ray Ventures Limited and saw participation from existing investors Capital G by Google and Sequoia India. The company was founded by Manan Khurma in 2011.
Earlier, Cuemath had raised $4.1 million in Series A round of funding from Sequoia India and raised a Seed round in 2014 from Unitus Seed Fund and Alok Mittal.
It is understood that the funds will be utilised in business expansion and strengthen its technology.
In a media statement, Manan Khurma, Founder and CEO, Cuemath, said, “Cuemath takes math excellence to a wholly different level. Through its multi-format tech-enabled learning system, Cuemath ensures that children not only master math, but also fall in love with it.”
Cuemath have over 2500+ centres teaching more than 20,000 students across 80+ cities in India.
