Info Edge (India) Ltd, has invested about Rs. 5 Cr in Terralytics Analysis Pvt. Ltd. Terralytics is engaged in the business of developing real estate intelligence and analytics platform for sale to banks, developers, consulting firms, etc. for diligence, information and other purposes.
The aggregate shareholding of Info Edge, post this investment, in Terralytics would be 20% on fully converted diluted basis.
In its statement, Info Edge said – “The investment would help the Company to further strengthen its position in the real estate technology segment.”
Terralytics was incorporated on October 15, 2018. The company has been founded by Kshitij Batra, and Rohan Sridhar. Khhitij has earlier been with IDFC, Housing.com, and was a consultant with the World Bank Group. Rohan is a law graduate and has earlier worked with AZB & Partners, IDFC Institute amongst others.
