PeeSafe raises Rs 30Cr in Series A led by Alkemi Growth Capital

Toilet Hygiene Brand PeeSafe has raised Rs 30Cr in Series A led by Alkemi Growth Capital. It was founded by Vikas Bagaria.  Last year the company had raised about $1 million from a group of investors including Rahul Maroli from Ola, Mitesh Shah from BookMyShow. Earlier, in 2017, the company received investment from Venture Catalyst.

The brand today offers an array of hygiene products for women and men. The company had also extended their product range to include home cleaning offerings. Their products are currently available in modern trade, general stores, airports and organized stores across more than 40 cities. 

The company will use the fund to strengthen R&D, product development and expand its distribution.  The brand has also launched its products in the subcontinent and plans to expand its reach globally in the next five years.
