Cimpress India, a global capability centre for Cimpress N.V, onboards 67 campus hires remotely from 24 Engineering colleges across India as Software & Quality Engineers. They will be joining business teams in Cimpress India. The engineering colleges include names such as IIITs, NITs, BIT, and Banasthali among several others.
“Cimpress India has been working completely remotely since the beginning of the pandemic, except meeting for collaborative purposes at the company’s collaboration centres. Pursuing the policy of remote first, the hiring has also been done on a pan-India level, since location is no more a restriction. This has enabled us to find better and diverse talent exploring new geographical terrains, further pushing the agenda of becoming a better, diverse and inclusive organisation. Today, as the company speaks, Cimpress India has employees working from 24 states and 4 union territories, covering almost all the corners of the country. This makes us have employees hailing from different cultures, religions, communities, ensuring us having employee strength that’s diverse beyond gender,” according to the company’s statement.
