Ma Foi, is planning to exit its staffing & recruitment services business. The firm became a part of Randstad in 2008 – as Ma Foi Randstad. While Randstad, may look at enhancing its presence and operations in India, the promoter & founder of Ma Foi – K Pandiarajan is looking at creating a separate business focused on consulting, research, education.
As of now the founders – K Pandiarajan and his wife hold about 17 % equity in the Ma Foi Randstad which they would be transiting, to focus on their new venture. The new venture would be called – Ma Foi Strategic Consultants Pvt Ltd. The new venture would also look at establishing management schools in key cities. It is reported that the new company has an agreement with Randstad for using the brand Ma Foi for three years.
