Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global IT services, consulting and business solutions organisation, has been named the #1 Top Employer in the UK by the Top Employers Institute. TCS received this recognition for the third consecutive year and has been a Top Employer in the UK for the last 10 years.
The certification recognises TCS’ employee-friendly workplace practices and continued investments in building up local talent in the UK through professional development initiatives and digital skills programs.
