With the cancellation of 2 G licenses as per The Supreme Court ruling the operators have to face a decent degree of uncertainty till the time fresh guidelines for auction and spectrum allocation comes. At least one operator (its investor Telenor) has hinted on exiting the market if required.
Now all this clearly indicates on the possibility of telecom operators and thereby their employees being in a state that could turn negative by way of loss of business, subscribers and employment. Good news however for the subscribers who have the option of migrating to other operators through number portability option.
What about others in the ecosystem ?
A business ecosystem created by a Telecom Operator, contains more that the operator and its employees. The way the business has evolved over a period of time the major dependencies of the ecosystem are the following:

- Channel (Front line sales, Distribution, DSA’s Tele Sales)
