Introduction:
Making decisions is the most important job of any executive; however, the increasing complexity of business environment has made this process quite difficult. Bad choices can damage a business or your career, sometimes irreparably whereas wise decisions get you and your company ahead and your carrier outshines. This program seeks to improve your decision-making skills and avoid common traps that lead to bad results.
Objective:

- Interpret and comprehend the critical macroeconomic variables
- Analyze the process and content of decision making in large corporations
- Identify and evaluate the potential threats to rational decision making
- Offer practical insights into potential problem solving
- Examine the cultural, social and institutional barriers to decision making
- Investigate and identify the nature of links between decision making and risk management
Target Audience: This program is aimed at high potential performers who are in the early stages of involvement in organizational decision making. The program is also aimed at managers transitioning from performing only functional roles to managers performing cross-functional roles in organizations.
Participation Fees:
Rs. 36,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Six Thousand only) per participant which includes professional fee and all charges for lodging and boarding and supply of course materials. GST as applicable will be charged extra in addition to the programme fee
