According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A(7) of Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that basis recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company have today viz. February 20, 2024 approved the appointment of Mr. Kapil Agarwal as Process Automation Process Industries India Business Head & PAPI Metals SAMA Cluster Business Leader and Senior Management Personnel with effect from March 5, 2024.”
Agarwal has more than 28 years of rich experience in leading teams of “Business Development (Minerals, Metals & Mining), Operations & Project Management”, with career history in pan India & International businesses (SEA, ME, Africa) and proven skill in P&L, Strategic planning & it’s deployment, business transformation and continuity.
He is currently associated Schneider Electric India, Mumbai as Head of Business Development & Operations. He has also worked with conglomerates like L&T and Tata Steel in different roles.
Agarwal is a B.Tech., Electrical Engineering, H.B.T.I., Kanpur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Law, NUJS, Kolkata.
