Adani Power has appointed Vineet Jain as the Executive Director. His appointed comes post the resignation of Ravi Sharma (Whole-time Director & CEO).
Vineet is a mechanical engineer and has spent over 20 years in the power sector. He has been with Adani group since 2006 and has been credited with some successful implementations of power projects at Mundra, Tiroda and Kawai.
He had earlier been supporting the business development initiatives, and with the present announcement he would be taking over the overall leadership role the power business.
