Black Rose Industries Limited announced the appointment of Ambarish Daga, General Manager – Corporate Operations, as Joint Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relationship Officer, effective from February 3, 2022.
“This is to inform you that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held today, Mr. Ambarish Daga, General Manager – Corporate Operations has been appointed as Joint Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Investor Relationship Officer of the Company as per the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee of the Company, w.e.f. February 3, 2022,’ according to the company’s exchange filing.
“Ambarish Daga is appointed as Joint Chief Financial Officer of the Company based on his experience and contributions in the matters of corporate operations, company’s accounting and indirect taxation,” the company said.
With a career spanning for more than 20 years in corporate operations, Daga is heading the company’s accounting and indirect taxation department at present, the filing states. He holds a B.Com degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
