CSG announced that it has appointed Sudhansu Panigrahi as vice president and center head of the company’s India location. In his new role, Sudhansu will lead an expanding group of experts in Bangalore.

Sudhansu has a vast experience of 30 years in the information technology and services space. Previously, Sudhansu was working with UST Global where he provided strategy and direction across operations, customer satisfaction, branding, and associate engagement initiatives growing the Bangalore center from 500 employees to more than 5,000. He has also worked with Ness Technology, iSOFT, Headstrong, Discover Card and CVS Caremark in the past.
