Retail company DMart has appointed Pallavi Bakshi as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer, according to ETHRWorld report.
Prior to joining DMart, Bakshi was associated with Cipla as Chief Talent Officer. Previously, she worked at Jubilant FoodWorks, Tata Communications and Hindustan Unilever.
Bakshi started her career as HR & Training Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2001. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Mangalore University.
