Earth Rhythm, a D2C skincare & wellness brand, announced it has appointed Arun Kumar as Co-founder. Most recently, Arun was the Country Manager of Dynata – a US-based global online market research firm where he spearheaded the India operations and was instrumental in developing the business and team.
At Earth Rhythm, Arun will be closely working with Harini (Founder & CEO) to drive the vision and accelerate the overall growth, focussing mainly on the D2C business. His responsibilities will involve strategic planning, GTM strategy, budgeting, marketing & sales along with leading & mentoring teams, the statement said.

Earlier, Arun had worked with companies like IQVIA, Datamonitor, Frost & Sullivan, etc. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Systems, and Business Analytics: From Data to Insights from The Wharton School.
