Hero Vired, an edtech startup by the Hero Group, has roped in Satyajit Menon to set up and lead its Human Resources division.
In this new role, Menon will be responsible for building and strengthening the organisation’s people function by constructing a talent framework that is flexible to the needs of today’s dynamic business climate.
Menon will be tasked with setting the tone for building a high-performance culture where goals and results are made transparent, the purpose is made clear to the organisation’s talent, engagement models are built to measure employee experience at the highest level and leaders are encouraged to develop employees’ potential to make them a highly productive and potent workforce, according to a statement.
Menon has over 20 years of experience across financial services, e-commerce, outsourcing, capital markets, and information technology with leading brands such as GE, Fidelity Worldwide International, Lehman Brothers, and Snapdeal. He has joined Hero Vired from Innovacer where he was Vice President – People Operations since November 2017, the statement said.
His areas of expertise include employee relations, being an advisor to leadership teams, bringing people-friendly work policies among other critical HR interventions. Menon has a track record of building dynamic and agile teams, promoting exciting career opportunities for talent internally, and enabling a highly engaged workforce, the statement added.
