Future Enterprises’ executive director and chief financial officer Dinesh Maheshwari has resigned from his position, with effect from 31st December, 2020 who shall also consequently cease to be a “Key Managerial Personnel” of the Company.
The company said, “This is to inform you that, Dinesh Maheshwari, has resigned as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the closure of the business hours on 31st December, 2020.”

Future Supply Chain’s network provides services and solutions to Future Group as well as third party customers across contract logistics, express logistics, and temperature-controlled logistics.
While Future Supply Chains manages the logistics, Future Generali- a JV with the globally known Generali Group, offers financial security solutions like savings, insurance and policies to its customers.
